I have had a great experience with Brilliant Pad. It was a good investment and training experience for my 4.5# Yorkie. I set the enter and exit alerts and she gets praised when she uses it even after 2 yrs! I clean the base with wipes at each pad change and it still looks new. Love the pad count feature and camera feature. They are great features when at work or out for a day to see what’s doing on the pad!
I was hesitant to spend $150 on a pad holder. I contemplated for a week. But, looking at some basic pad holders that cost $30-$60 I decided to make the purchase. Am I glad I did!! First and foremost, I am a pet professional. I am a groomer, trainer, and canine nutritionist. So, my entire life has gone to the dogs. We’re thrilled with our BrilliantPad and how easy it’s been to train our dogs to use it! Having small dogs, we’ve always used puppy pads and had to set out several at a time to get through the day. But having the automated timer helps avoid laying out 3 or 4 at a time! And no smell lingering!
I bought this as a gift for my uncle and aunt who both recently had surgery, and the old ***** pad system was going to be a problem because of the constant bending etc. I knew the BrilliantPad system would make their lives so much easier. They tell me pretty much every day how much they and their pups LOVE BrilliantPad and how happy they are. Without BrilliantPad, they would not only be dealing with disgusting ***** pads in general, but also potentially injuring themselves. We were also amazed how quickly the pups adapted to using BrilliantPad. It was only a couple of days before they were completely using it without issue! They also cannot wait for the dog activated timer system to come out. We all highly recommend.
