Alan Cook, our Co-Founder and CEO, appeared on ABC’s hit TV show Shark Tank seeking investors for new pet product BrilliantPad®, the world’s first self-cleaning indoor dog potty, which is making life easier for small dogs all across the country.

Shark Lori Greiner offered $500,000 in exchange for a five-percent equity stake to grow the brand and increase distribution of BrilliantPad. ABC has a briefrecap on their website and for a limited time you can watch Shark Tank Series 9 Episode 9 on ABC.com. Separate log-in may be required.

Kevin O'Leary, a.k.a. Mr. Wonderful, sniffed a loaded waste roll and exclaimed he was impressed there was no odor!

Alan discussed his history in the pet industry and the Company's recent success on the crowdfunding site Indiegogo, which further excited the sharks! The Company has fulfilled all pre-orders from the Indiegogo campaign and continues to focus on growth and expansion based on customer feedback and enthusiasm.

“Many people use pads so their dogs won’t get uncomfortable when at work, if unexpectedly stuck in traffic or when sleeping in the middle of the night. BrilliantPad is especially helpful for anyone with health or mobility issues, too,” said Alan Cook. “It was important for me to get across just how much BrilliantPad can help pets and their parents, while at the same time letting the Sharks know that this isn’t my first go in the pet industry.”

BrilliantPad designers previously created the ScoopFree® self-cleaning litter box and FroliCat® family of electronic pet toys, which were sold to PetSafe® in 2012.
